I just got my appointment in January. I usually need a couple of days to recover after a flight so not looking forward to that. I have horrible tinnitus when I wake up and when I fly, so... I once fell asleep on a flight! Never again :p

Dude , stop checking ! If you can barely hear it , just forget it and move on.

Mine is never as bad as in the morning ,so bad that I would last a few days if it was always like that.

I get that from some supplements , most notably bioflavinoids.
