I was too impatient it's returning back to normal. chamomile tea + one hour nap helped lots.

After a five hour flight yesterday my tinnitus has spiked. It's noticeably louder and I'm not sure why. I had booked a seat away from the engines... I didn't use my foam plugs cos the noise wasn't intrusive. Maybe this settles after a while. I could use some words of comfort... :(

After exercise I sometimes hear this pumping sound in my ears-it's temporary but could it become permanent? I attribute it to the increased blood flow during and after exercise..
