For sure. And the music was blaring as it does at weddings. Plugs, and took the odd break to give my ears a rest I still have the big tinnitus but in any case it didn’t get worse so I am grateful.

It went good. Wore earplugs. No spikes or worsened tinnitus.

What does it mean if coffee/sugar etc. DOESN'T affect my tinnitus? It's just... there, always! Only moving my jaw left to right, and pressing on my temporal muscle increases the noise differently. I suspected TMD/TMJ, had a mouth guard splint done, but my significant other accidentally busted...

I haven't been here in awhile. T is still bad. May have mild H but I think I'm also anxious. Handling it ALOT better, but still very sad.

You see a doctor and request a blood test. Specifically ask for Vitamin B12 and I would say Vitamin D blood test.

I got married a few months ago. I was very scared and anxious about it making my tinnitus worse. We had hired a DJ. I did not use earplugs. I danced on the dance floor with loud music (I couldn't resist Electric Feel by MGMT). I got buzzed with booze and even a little pot. And... I'm fine...

Nobody should be writing anything negative on this particular thread. This could be a major step forward and there is important work being done that we should all be extremely grateful for.
