Extremely Loud Thunder Clap — Like an Explosion > Tinnitus Spike

Sucks... me too all of it (a mix of the worst of you all's experiences) - since last night. It followed 4 days of blissful baseline - following a two-weeker of moderate T levels. The new thunder-spike is the thing that's lingering the worst, though. On a good note, I was able to mow at a time...

Back Down to Baseline, Today, with Just a Little Jingle in My Left Ear — Yay!

To whom it may concern: I'm still on the 2400mg of NAC, plus the usual 2400mg of GABA supplement; I wanted to give it some time before reporting back on things. I chose today because, it is like with my original post, "Back Down to Baseline, Today, with Just a Little Jingle in My Left Ear —...

I Was Hoping for an Opinion About Being Caught Up in a New Gun-Shooting Incident...

Yeh, as time passes, it all just seems like an overblown thing, with the noise... until the next unexpected burst of goodies. I really appreciate the candor, and depths you went through to get your point across; it takes that with us T-heads a lot of times. You make more sense than I deserve...

I Was Hoping for an Opinion About Being Caught Up in a New Gun-Shooting Incident...

Hah, @Ken219 ,I doubt it - they're a youth-gang, with little guidance, I'm pretty sure. I too have wondered that same thing, a little, though...

Gunshot Went Off Near Me Today — Please Help Me Sort This Out...

Yep, all of that... A lot of helpful member are advising me to move or make a truce with the thugs - but the setting up of their target range, 50 feet from my property line, is likely already retaliation for me calling the cops two years ago - I can't risk getting killed. They rack up three...

I Was Hoping for an Opinion About Being Caught Up in a New Gun-Shooting Incident...

Thanks @RichardGuy , I wish I could - but that would be even more dangerous... and useless, in this rare case. I have no choice but to sell, but that will be hard. We live in a mostly rural environment, and there is no 'hood' for at least 30 miles. It is just that this gang is buying up the...

I Was Hoping for an Opinion About Being Caught Up in a New Gun-Shooting Incident...

Yep, it happened again... until I can move my family homestead, I still have to mow my lawn sometimes. This time, a barrage of some jerk's 9mm went off - where they target practice. It was about 125 feet away, this incident. For those who don't know, this is an elusive bunch of youths (notorious...

    N-Acetylcysteine (NAC)

I forgot to put this up here; as a series of dosing instructions appear in this article. Moreover, I've been familiar with this (below, listed) limit for close to a week - I saw it on three peer-reviewed journal articles, earlier in the week, when I was trying to determine all that. I have...

    N-Acetylcysteine (NAC)

@dayma, this for new applications, not what we usually take it for. Moreover, this is critical info, as it addresses something that may prevent suicides and other problems. It is not anecdotal, it is peer reviewed, and part of my university PhD research - I am studying to be a Psychologist.

    N-Acetylcysteine (NAC)

Some of us find NAC useful for mitigating trauma, etc., but it furthermore seems undisputed that NAC reduces oxidative stress and neuroinflammation, plus some other useful things. Hence, in an attempt to mitigate our tendency to present imbalances in our excitatory/inhibitory systems - due to...
