Hi Sean, did your spike about driving with only one window open subside? it happened something similar to me....on a taxi...I felt something moving my earplugs or eardrums two times...i guess it was the resonance infrasounds.

Paxil (Paroxetine) increased my tinnitus loudness after few days of taking it in low dose. I would stay away from ALL psychiatric drugs if it is not a life or death matter. I hope your tinnitus improves with time. Regards.
