Thank you, I'll try that. Just feel frustrated because it's been quiet for a long-ish time then THIS.

I have but it just refuses to work. I find that usually ear buds or ear phones will help but I have none with me or anything.

    OWW

So, it has been a while for me on this forum. I thought I would be able to make it without making any more posts or threads. But, tonight, it's bad. Head-splitting bad. I can't hear myself type and I can barely hear myself think. I just need something, anything to distract me. Please

Sorry I'm a little late on the draw, but you can do it Glynis. I believe you can. Good luck to you ❤

Low-Frequency Pulsatile Tinnitus and Atrial Fibrillation

Well, I don't know if there's a link, but I figure I'd give you support. A lot of the things I say are easier said than done, seeing as I habituated at an early age, but just don't panic. T feeds off of anxiety and panic and you just can't listen to it. If it's there, just say to yourself, "It...

    Ear Pains

So as it turns out, I have had T for about 12-13 years now, and as of the moment I'm 15. Having T from such a young age, it habituated easily, but that's not what I'm worried about. I only discovered I had T because I also discovered that I'm having chronic ear pains. And they didn't start...

    Introduction

If I had to guess, it's probably an ear infection since it goes away when you plug your ear. Also, clean your ears every week if you don't already. I don't know much about it though, so I could easily be wrong Anyways, have a great day. :3

Hello, New Here and Quite Scared and Troubled

Do not panic! Easier said than done, I know, but T absolutley feasts on things like anxiety and panic. It's especially easy for me to say that as I consider myself one of the extremely lucky few who habituated T early in life. I had a nad ear infection at 2 years old, and although it was fixed...

Anyone Hear of This Before? Pitch Change/Additional Pitch With Change in Blood Pressure

Hey David, I know exactly what you're talking about. I don't know anything about blood pressure or ear infections or any of that, but whenever I tense up my neck/neck muscles my T gets so loud it overpowers max volume headphones. I have habituated my T for the most part, but I know that if it...

    Pitch Change

I'm getting a little anxious after my T which has always been high suddenly went super low. I should be fine in the end but honestly I'm just looking for some comfort.

When I Move My Head at Night My Tinnitus Increases. Does This Happen to Anyone Else?

The first question I have is, does it stay increased or does it go away when you return to your original position? For me, usually it amps up for a few minutes but once my head gets comfortable in that position the ringing simmers down again. :3

Hello Everyone, I'm a New Member Looking for Hope

Just from the beginning of your paragraph, it's most likely not tinnitus. I suggest you just go see your ENT to get a checkup or something. Hope I helped enough. :3

    Post Your Favorite Songs

I can't really pick a favorite, but if I had to pick a few of the better songs I listen to, I would pick crushcrushcrush by Paramour, If it means a lot to you by A Day to Remember, and Misery Business also by Paramour. :3

Afraid it might be an ear infection. Those can be pretty bad. I'm almost hoping it's tinnitus.

    Advice for Day After Spike?

Well, what I do is just try to maybe come to terms with the spike, especially at night. Just try to be like, "Even if it's louder tonight, I've dealt with it before and I can deal with it now." What I do if even mental will fails, is just listen to a podcast or something until I fall asleep...
