I definitely heard yanny, no matter how many times I listened I never heard laurel.

Mine is in the left ear, it sounds like static. Every now and then I get a high pitched buzzing but when I put my finger in both ears then remove them the buzzing stops.

Yes. I've had it for decades since I had an ear infection in high school but was not to bothered because it was at low volume. A year ago it spiked higher and stayed loud, I didn't think I could ever tolerate it but I finally adjusted. Just when I was getting on with my life much better a month...

Worse when lying down and worse when first waking up.

Mine isn't high pitched, it's just in my left ear and it's more like white noise. It's louder and more intrusive at various times, sometimes it's down to just a low rumble.

Seems like morning, noon or night anytime I wake up it's louder then it was, even napping for a short time makes it worse.

I do but I've had it long long before the Tinnitus.
