I have been taking Lisinopril 20/12.5 HCTZ since 2002 and it didn't affect my tinnitus one way or the other. Last summer, an ER doc prescribed me an additional prescription of HCTZ 12.5 and again, I didn't notice any affect. I hope that helps in some way.
