Tinnitus is just way too mentally exhausting to deal with. Knowing that it could potentially worsen for reasons out of your control is the most draining aspect of this affliction to me. You can do everything in your power to keep yourself safe, and somehow that still isn't enough.

I’ll make sure to take some turmeric supplements a couple days prior to help me with any inflammation that may occur. Vaccine induced tinnitus seems like its also temp and can take 3-6 months to subside (at worst). I think its worth the risk and there’s no telling what the new COVID strains may...

At first I was terrified because so many people were experiencing spikes in their tinnitus after getting vaccinated but I’ve done some research and seems like more people have experienced spikes from Moderna then Pfizer. I plan to get vaccinated soon though and will definitely get Pfizer. (2/3)
