its like that one muscle in your ears that make this very loud rumbling noise I really dont know how to explain it, and I got this geiger counter tinnitus for a few seconds.
I check this occassionally to see how the people who got T around the same time I got it are doing.

I noticed it being reduced to a small mosqiuto sound and I kept doing the valsula movement which now I know was dangerous to do, but I did it once and felt a very loud pop + pain in the ear that had T and later that day it went away and so far has been gone.
