Tinnitus is getting too big a grip on my nights (it was bad enough it owned my Days). Can't sleep. Never a quiet moment. I hear the "voices" now.....not literally, but it is crazy in my head. Exhaustion and days of anxiety/fear.
Called Oregon Tinnitus Clinic today....hoping for some help.
