Did the "airy" feeling subside also? Did you have a loud crackle when swallowing? Did you use earplugs in the beginning? I started using them pretty late in and they seem to worsen my sensitivity.

I have them right now. They did nothing sadly.

Did you have a feeling of air in the ears or air/cold feeling traveling up your Eustachian tubes? My burning in fingers is much better now when taking Deanxit for almost a month. Have your neck pain calmed down as well?
