Autifony Therapeutics Phase II Study for AUT00063, for the Treatment of Hearing Loss and Tinnitus

I am not very happy about it too, but if we have to wait, we will wait. After i got this i was hospitalised for a week. The doctors tried to find whats the problem with me and the send me to neurology for a brain tumor check. So I was standing outside the neurologist office, pretty stressed...

Autifony Therapeutics Phase II Study for AUT00063, for the Treatment of Hearing Loss and Tinnitus

Thats for sure, but with new molecule its all over again from animal testing, which takes time. Its just strange that they cut it midair, without warning, after they secured some funding and even extended the trial.

This. And if it doesnt work, its better to cancel it now, than lets say 2017. But we better wait till the company respond officially.

Retigabine (Trobalt, Potiga) — General Discussion

I admire your enthusiasm, but dont cross the line. You almost cure yourself, be happy about it and leave drugs in the corner. Better save than sorry.

    13 with Tinnitus...

Distract yourself. Talk with your parents, with your friends, just dont think about it. I know that its a dumb advice, but my loudest tinnitus is when i think about it. If you search something you will find it and this applies for tinnitus. Just dont distract yourself with something loud.

Autifony Therapeutics Phase II Study for AUT00063, for the Treatment of Hearing Loss and Tinnitus

I have read about this. So first they play really loud noise to the poor animals to give them T. Then after the rats have a brand new T, they give the drug to half of the them. Meanwhile there is a background T-like sound. They stop that T-like sound and then measure the reaction of the animals...

Maybe a New Way to Diagnose Tinnitus for People Without Hearing Loss

Thanks for this one. So how much of this a man should hear? I lost it somewhere between 15 000-15 500.

Does Your Doctor Listen to Your Ears?

I visited 5-6 ENTs, 1 neurologist and 2 otoneurologists. I will not comment the ENTs, because I will probably be banned. The neurologist was the best of all, but its not exactly his area of expertise. The otoneurologists I cant say anything good or bad for them. The first one was a meniere...

Does Your Doctor Listen to Your Ears?

My respect for you, that you actually helped somebody, but you are a T sufferer, you understand the "pain". Most of your colleagues dont. And thank you for the story. 2 days ago i had a severe T and after a good night sleep it was something like 4 times lower. I guess that doesnt happen to...

Does Your Doctor Listen to Your Ears?

From my visits to doctors, none of them felt offended if i tried to show them or ask them something. They just ignored me or said that this is not going to work. I think they just don't bother with something that has 1/1000+chance.

Does Your Doctor Listen to Your Ears?

Nope. I had and still have some neck troubles and pains, so its worth a try, if I manage to find a good enough doctor to do this. The first ENT i visited, didnt manage to find that i had eustachian tube inflamation or whatever it is called. And he was the head of the ENT departament in the local...
