Don't worry I am not a weird person over the Internet, I am just supporting you cause your from my region and people here have lack of T knowledge and get lost easily without guidance.

Finally I suggest you to check your ears through an auditory test by an ENT and ask him to give you stugeroun and presidonse courses for 10days as most of new tinnitus sufferers try it at the beginning with high chance to heal..but remember I am not s doctor but i am speaking of experience only....

.that's why you have to sleep well as much as possible cause it helps a lot..go with your friends and workout every day 6 hours before sleep..and speak about it with your Close ones..aim is to reduce your stress and emotion attachment to T

Your still very new to it ! it will go by itself within couple of weeks/months.. you have to know that your now in a critical period where your brain is not used to the sound and things may get worse for a while before it gets better
