I hope it was temporary. Running always leaves me feeling better except when I overdo it. I recommend easing in.

Not a good idea @Taylorslay I have written a post on running and tinnitus. Many people have contacted me that run for fitness. They find impact underfoot travels up through the body and spikes the tinnitus and can make it permanently worse. Please be careful. Not everyone is affected but some are.

It gets better with time. at first when I began exercising again my tinnitus would flare up, not anymore. ;)

I've had h for 3 months since I got t. Hoping it goes away soon. I thought you said t spike though.

T and H are completely different. I'm thinking about looking for something more low impact. An elliptical or bike. I was wondering why this bothered me and not my bike. Now I know it's likely the impact.

Definitely not going to give up. I'm definitely going to get into fitness. Need to get in shape :).
