I believe you will be OK. It takes time to heal. Sleeping (with medicine, if necessary) and healthy eating is most important to recover.

@Berry Thanks. Are you in Prague or Brno?
B
Long ago a was falling asleep with unimaginable loud sounds ..
B
I live in Ostrava, but I love Prague :)
dpdx
Ostrava is an industrial city in the Eastern part of the country. Yeah Prague is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Brno looks nice too. Cesko is a nice country :) :) hard language though hahaahaa
B
Murica is nice coutry too )) 20 years ago I was visiting L.A., S.F., Las Vegas & San Diego.
B
Czech language is easyyy :D
dpdx
Murica is below average compared to Europe sorry. I come from Croatia and find USA to be nothing special. GMO foods, bad healthcare, bad infrastructure, crazy gun laws, bad education K-12, very expensive education college, etc. Czech language is easy for you who speaks Czech hahahaa….I been learning it on and off since 2012. I also really like Germany and Finland...now German is an easyyy languageeee.

Ireland is amazing! I would live in that country. I think the most beautiful European country I seen so far (besides mine lol) is perhaps yours because of the dotted castles around the entire country. BEER IS AMAZINGGG..nothing like CESKO PIVO
B
In my youth Murica was special for me, but now I'm in love with Italy, Greece & Croatia ) And yes - castles around my country - I love visiting them. České pivo je nejlepší, díky :)

Croatia is extremely beautiful. I have not been to Italy so cant comment, but the economy in Croatia is bad. I know economy in Cesko is doing well :)

One more thing to T: Do you know sleeping pills Hypnogen? It reduces my T after I take them, and I am convinced, that it helps also in long term. It calm down the noises. They should not be taken too long.

no idea....I just drink tea. I had plans to move to Germany or Czech Rep but T and H stopped me :( :(

When my T&H were severe, my mom used to say that nothing lasts forever - and she was right!! I recover almost completely.. 98%. Now, after 6 years I have few spikes, but not that bad as back then.

BTW sorry for my english :)) I'm still learning.
