Any update? I'm having similar experiences but mine started right after surgery, I found out today I have inner ear hearing loss caused by the stapendectomny.

I have similar experience with T developing 12 days after stapedectomy. It has been constant for the last six days. I am dreading the thought of this going to be lifelong companion. I hope not. Is yours fading away? I am looking for reassurance. -
