Honestly, my oxygen generator, at 3 liters per minute, did help a lot with healing. I began to have ear resets the same day. I was doing this in combination with the 50 milliwatt laser.

Unfortunately, my condition is so precarious, and as soon as I would listen to more unavoidable high volumes, even with ear protection, I would reinjure my ears. I am still doing laser and oxygen, but it is always 1 step forward and 2 steps backward.

Hope you are doing good. I would like to ask you about the oxygen generator. I was aware of HBOT and mHBOT chambers, which are way out of the range I can afford, but for some reason didn't make the connection that smaller and cheaper generators could be made.
My tinnitus is too old to try to treat it with oxygen therapy anymore(I'm 8 months in).

@SoundB0und, I have a "NewLife Elite AirRep." I think this is an older model, I purchased mine used from my chiropractor. If noise is an issue for you, the sound is a low hum, but I fastened multiple tubes of cannula together in order to create an extension.
As far as your being 8 months from injury, I believe I was at about the same distance when I purchased my oxygen generator. Though, I should add, I was doing laser therapy since month 5, and also doing it in tandem with the oxygen once I began that therapy.
Also, remember that my problem is much more hyperacusis than tinnitus.

When I went in to the bathroom later, I felt like it was difficult to breath. It's difficult to recall at this point, but I resolved to move the generator to a larger room.

It's my conjecture that the generator extracts O2 from the air; if this is the case, my bathroom could have had some thin levels of O2 since I slept with the generator on and the cannula in.
Also, the cannula does become ridden with bacteria after awhile, it does go up your nose, haha.

Thank you so much for the reply. Now I might buy the same unit or something similar. I don't know how much you've been reading the laser threads recently but I have also been using a Konftec laser with 2 wavelenghts for the past 5 months or so, so i started it 3 months into my bad spike, it's helped me a lot.
