Oh I still have H. But it's manageable and I can live life again. Instead of being alone in a silent room all day.
I know this isn't something that many people with H want to hear but I don't think mine will ever go away. At least not completely.
I'm writing this while on the bus wearing musicians earplugs. Not because the bus is loud but the cars outside while waiting for the bus is.
You just gotta adapt your life to it @LAnative but I'm happy to say the least. That I can resume regular life.
