What is it about your sleep that triggers it do you think? I'm sure it's gotta be REM sleep that helps our brains filter it out and if we don't get enough the filter doesn't kick in.
Same here. Almost every night broken. I'm convinced it's sleep quality. We just need to find a way to improve it and things will be better.
