Have you done an audiogram, an audiogram above 8khz, speech in noise?

@dpdx yes, it shows a flat line up to 16 kHz at 10 db in both ears...
I have slight speech in noise issues however online tests give me around 80-85% recognition. Can't find a local test at the clinic.

You prob damaged your inner hair cells. Speech in noise is a test that determines the function of inner hair cells. My DPOAE have damage in one ear, but both ears have mid hearing loss in noisy areas.

I passed all these tests, I have -5db @16k in right ear and 15db @ 16k left ear and have server T

Speech in noise issues with perfect audiogram are a sign of hidden hearing loss. In that case, the damage is not in the hair cells, and it is located in the neurons connecting to them. It supposed to be a different kind of damage. Same prognosis though.
