Russia. No, not very expensive in comparison to USA, but kind of expensive for locals. However in my city they don't want to raise the pressure more than 1.3 atm. It's still useful, but you get less oxygen in your blood in comparison to 2.0 or 2.5 atm that seems to be a standard in other countries.

Not good at the moment. I think I have a spike from antibiotic spray. I'm going to go for another 10-20 sessions in a week or so.
Yes if did help me, after 7th session I got 25% improvement, but it got worse again from "safe" noise exposure. In the end I had mild improvements in tinnitus and great improvements in hyperacusis.
