I understand what you mean. I always thought that getting a good nights sleep is how to body heals. I got some Valerian Root but now my tooth is giving me a hard time and my T is acting up again it's super difficult. I usually pass out at 4 am.

It is and I miss it so much. I used to love sleeping 8-1 hours, now I get about 7 hours of bad sleep thanks to medication.

4am? I usually go to bed at about 9pm these days, typically wake up about then lol

I see you're still in the early stages with this. Good on you that you're going to sleep early! Will keep my fingers crossed for you to get better. My hectic times in London completely threw me out of my sync - I was working till late night. I usually go to sleep at around 1 a.m but I'm literally just rolling around in bed for hours (bec of the noise).
