Yo, try to get as much sleep as possible. It surely helps me.
Drone Draper
Trying, man. I go to bed 9-10pm most days specifically for this reason.
J
Very clever. I'm aiming now for 11 pm every day. Will be taking Mirta today if needed.
Drone Draper
Mirtazapine? I'm on 30mg a day.
J
Yeah, Mirtazapine. 30 mg a day? Whoa O_O I'm on 3,5 mg every other day (just to help me sleep).
Drone Draper
That's what the doctor's prescribed. I'm bigger than the average person and just passed the 3 month mark for my T. Hoping we can start lowering it soon.

I'm waiting for spring. The cold weather hurts my ears.
Drone Draper
I just think nicer weather will make things more bearable. Nothing like a bit of sunny weather to make everything seem better.

That's awesome dd. Stay chilled and you have a good shot
Drone Draper
Thanks, I'm really trying. read something very interesting from Ed209 about how we react to tinnitus in the initial phase has long term ramifications how our brains react. I'm trying to listen to this and stay chilled as much as I can.
Drone Draper
Sitting in a 40db room now and it's noticeable, but not a raging nightmare. I think this is probably a good stage to be at, but I want it away further.
J
@Drone Draper It'll likely start lowering for you soon. I think you're on the right path to recovery. Success is no accident.
