Btw if anyone is interested in figuring out how to lose weight I simply calculated my maintaince calories and then reduced them by 20% over 12 weeks. I didn't really exercise all that much. I lost 7 kilos all up but I don't feel that great, I'm tired and hungry. Probs not worth it... idk.
Switch to more fats and protein and less sugar and carbs. The weight will fall right off. For breakfast I eat 2 hard boiled eggs and handful of blueberries topped with pecans. For lunch and dinner keep the carb serving to 50g and all the meat and veggies you want. I recommend white Quinoa. For snacks stick with. For something sweet, switch to Stevia or Monk Fruit. And get rid of dairy. Too much milk sugar.
