I had to plug up while the music played. Only 10 mins.
It just makes me mad that people don't realize how damaging that is to people's ears.
That is unnecessary. How are you supposed to talk?

I never leave home without plugs now. It was probably all of 10 minutes, but I was so annoyed.
This conference centre has the phone number for an alcoholics helpline. The sign says "Don't sit in silence, pick up the phone".
