And by super loud I mean a 50% increase of what you currently have.

Sounds like a good setup.

If the tinnitus was the same 4 hour block every day (e.g. 8-12am), absolutely. I think if it changed constantly, it'd be hard, and especially if it wasn't just one 4 hour block.
Holly1987
Ah didn't think of that.. ok let's say same time everyday.
Drone Draper
Then 100%. I'd just work around that time and make sure I wasn't doing something important at that time. Just brace for the 4 hours of hell and then get back to life.

@Drone Draper I never got around to telling you this but Mad Men is literally my favourite TV show ever. When it first came out I even cut my hair like Bettys. I will say the final season was a bit meh tho.
Bill Bauer
One has to care about 1960s to watch that show, which I did. The screenwriters seemed to absolutely Despise the people and the culture the show was about. Too bad.
Agrajag364
Definitely. Because when it was quiet you could relax and read and do whatever you wanted. Mad men is my favourite TV show too Holly, every time I watch it I see something new

100%....For me, by far most of the the pain is that it never stops. To be able to catch a break for many hours......wow.......can't imagine what that would be like.

Man Men was definitely my favourite show when it was on. I think the show jumped the shark towards the end as well, but the first 5 seasons or so are solid magic. I've often envied Don and his suave ways, though my real life experience in marketing and advertising has been quite different.
Drone Draper
I'm actually sitting in the atrium at work now and the hustle and bustle of it completely masks my T. I can almost forget about it, but as soon as I head into a quiet room for a meeting, it comes back and ruins my life.
Agrajag364
Don was meant to be the unhappiest person on the show though @Drone Draper, suave exterior and genius hiding tortured guilt over past. Roger and Peggy were having the most fun.
Drone Draper
All true, Aggy. But he's the most captivating and multi dimensional.
Agrajag364
First time I watched it I loved Joan the most, second time Peggy, third time Don, but he's a tortured soul.
