I'm doing meh - had some pretty bad news unrelated to Tinnitus, which of course doesn't help with the Tinnitus itself! Had it at exactly the same time as coming off Mirtazapine, which was a nice double whammy. Taking it a day at a time. Glad you're keeping busy - best way to be 
I'm sorry to hear that. Did coming off mirtazapine result in a spike? I think some have reported this, I'm dreading coming off mirtazapine for this reason.

Yes it has caused one, which is pretty scary, especially coupled with the fact that my anxiety is now all over the place etc. But I'm determined to stick with it because it was horrible being on it. I know you get on OK with it, but I couldn't wake up on it, or stop stuffing my face!
