Tips on how to continue making music with tinnitus? Did it take a long time after onset before you could make music again?

Yes, It did take time ,I want to say a couple of years, I think mostly because my ears were no longer a source of pleasure if that makes sense. I also used to make quite aggressive music so that played a part. Actually I kept making music and also played live for the first few months but then it kind of became too hard.

Thing is I have always worked at very low volumes, so that combined with more mellow music has enabled me to make some music. I am not even close to as prolific as I was before T though , not even close.
