Acoustic trauma T can take many months to fade. Seeing improvement after 4 months is a great sign!
Give it time and you should continue to improve

I see that you posted that on the 9th. I hope that the improvement has continued for you since then.

Thank you! My T has continued to slowly reduced maybe 3 to 5% over the last 2 months.

Yeah that sounds about the pace my first acoustic trauma faded at, real slow, but it did fade to zero after about 2years

Great to know on your first. What happened the 2nd time?

Second time (12 years later) it has faded 90%, but it has taken 3 years. I think once you've had an acoustic trauma, your more easily injured again, even years later. I'm sure my second acoustic trauma would not have happen if I never had my first one, because my second trauma wasn't that loud of a concert
