    Almost 1.5 years after worsening by 2 acoustic traumas in 2020, no improvement. T is screaming and I feel I'm at the end of the road :( cry

    It was 2 days ago, HOW SHOULD I LIVE LIKE THIS? I'm 23 in May and my Tinnitus is already severe. Really, my life will be only T till death?

    Met with 3 friends for a short 2hr board game, it got a little loud but didn't hurt. Still Tinnitus is through the roof can't live like this

    Hey Snake, I was reading your post about the dentist using headphones and the effects of occlusion. How did that go? Any suggestions before my upcoming appointment? Much appreciated...

    I did not use earmuffs at orthodontist appointment and I got acoustic trauma after which Tinnitus got much worse, hyperacusis got better because I lost some of my hearing so I'm not happy with that too...

    It was delayed response, I was fine the same day but the day after my T got worse and after another day MUCH worse.

    I've only had one ENT look at me, but they found nothing :(. Will I get used to this loud clicking, I'm starting to feel it's just as terrible as my T.

    Hi Snake, I read your past post about your clicking while swallowing thing and I think we have the same thing. Have you made any advances in that problem, if not, have you habituated to it? The click is like a auditory shot to my ear and makes me extremely anxious and depressed. I'm losing hope.

    Sadly nothing could be done about it in my case, at least it does not make my Tinnitus worse for now. Every test I've done was 100% perfect, how about yours?
