He insists that there's no food shortage even though there is - especially with my food allergy. I was lucky to find a place with stock & now I can't buy the food or he'll go into another narcissistic rage.

The rages are unpredictable. Afterwards he seems relieved, but I spend hours with tension & anxiety. He's happily watching tv now. He acts so cool around other people. I wish I had a video camera so everyone could see what he's like when he's not putting on his act.
Just fell for one of his tricks: He says let's order groceries (like it's his idea) & asks for my list. I bring him the list & he goes nuts saying we don't need to order groceries online and no one can make him stay home. He says he won't catch it.
