    It lowers the noise. Sometimes it is almost not there. I noticed if I am tired or sick, it kind of gets loud but it is not crazy loud.

    It made a big difference for me. I started to use it like a month and a half ago. I started with Soy Lecithin but I changed it to Sunflower Lecithin. Soy Lecithin has some chemicals related to manufacturing.

    I started to think not drinking enough water triggers the noise also. Keep yourselves hydrated.
