I get it. Nearly 4 weeks ago had an acoustic trauma from a neighbor's fireworks (3 loud blasts at close range). I keep playing it over and over in my head. If only I had gone to the car after 1, and not endured 3 I may have been ok. If only I hadn't been there at all!! Does it get better as time passes? I'm really struggling.
