I know you're scared, but try not to worry as that itself may make things seem worse. Even if it does spike, remember that most spikes are temporary. Stay safe!

Easier said then done,I know,but there's no point of worrying about something that hasn't manifested yet.I use to be worried about spike's that never came.All I did was worry needlessly.

I've heard of delayed T ONSET (up to 10 days), but not of delayed T spikes (except the ones that begin the next morning). If you haven't gotten a spike the day of the procedure or the next day, I think it is safe to assume that you are in the clear.

Why are you convinced you're going to have a delayed spike? Does it happen to you frequently? I guess it depends on the people but I never had any delayed spike in 14 years

@Bill Bauer i feel like it's a little worse but it's not unmanageable. I just fear it'll majorly spike and I'll have a hard time coping.

@Julien87 i guess cause I have noise induced, I feel like it's a little worse after surgery but it's not unmanageable.
