I found the phone spiked mine. I only answer it on loud speaker, on the quietest volume now.

@Steph1710 i guess I really need to keep it even farther away from my fave than I thought. I wasn't using speaker but just not against my ear, but guess that's not enough. Once when I was recording vocal tracks for an hour I did the same with headphones and it spiked it for a while too :(
