Tinnitus Talk Support Forum

Hi Sarah, not to shabby lately. I don't want to get to excited because every time I think I've turn the corner I tend to take a step back, but I've been able to cope a little better the last few days. T is still loud, but just taking it one day at a time. How are you feeling? How are your migraines and how does your body feel?

Good to hear! I know what you mean about expectations. I'm doing better, things have settled with the migraines and I'm just doing regular physio sessions, which seems to be working. Also, started a new supplement (MSM) which is good for muscle healing. As for the t, is doesn't bother me as much. Working with a counselor using meditation and mindfullness - its a WIP for sure. :)

That's good to hear. The first time I was hit with T, I did some counseling as well, but it was more for my anxiety. This time around I handled it better but still have down day's. Let me know how that continues to work for you, maybe I'll look into it. Who know's maybe one day you and I will be the veterans on this forum and can give advise to T newbies.

Lol! I would love to be able to help other people. I think sometimes that I should not look at this forum so much - I feel like sometimes I go down rabbit holes that go nowhere and probably just increase my anxiety. Maybe I should just limit my time here. I need to spend more time focusing on meditation and counselling, so I can feel better sooner. :)

Wow, you and I think a like. To be honest with you, I've been limiting my time on here. With the exception of connecting with you and a few other people I follow. I've been backing off. Way, Way too much information, yes the positive post are great, but other post just make me feel hopeless. Isobel Anderson and Dr. Nagler say the same thing.
