Seems like the MEM has run it's course. It's been nothing but light flutters here and there for the past 3 days.

MEM for 8 hours straight, starting to think it won't end this time.
MEM is getting more frequent. Here it is at work, I'm screwed.

I did nothing with my life, then I got tinnitus, then I started learning Japanese. I wonder if there is any connection.

Best thing I ever did to habituate was give up on trying to reduce the tinnitus.
I just realized I've developed some mild trichotillomania since getting tinnitus. Now that I'm conscious of it, I should be able to stop.

Sudden ear fullness. It will go either away or I'll get used to it. I'll never know which one it is.
Be careful putting in foam ear plugs, I think I just poked my eardrum. Ouch!

My 2018 was defined by tinnitus. My 2019 will not.
I had to cover my walls with blankets, wear ear protection and ask my drummer to chill but I was able to jam with my friends with no spike.
Making progress on T levels. Time to raise my expectations so I can be disappointed again.
Ringing... I like to do it to my towels to dry them out. I don't like my ears to do it to me.
I never thought silence would be something I would bask in but here we are.

All the stress from tinnitus seems to have triggered some bipolar tendencies in me.
So much worse today... maybe because I slept with the AC on? too loud AC? it is pretty loud.
