I've had this come and go. A little ear pain but the T is silent for a while. You're still healing. It's your ears telling you they're still injured. I particularly noticed this early on when I didn't quite understand living with T. I'd go to bars, it may have been a little loud. Wake up the next day with an ache but no T noise. My advice - get good earplugs for socializing.
Do you mind my asking if you had silent T before when you were listening to loud music before all of this happen? Perhaps you did not notice silent T before?
Also, please follow up with success story if your T goes away or becomes very silent! It gives members hope.
