So sorry you are going through this spike. Sometimes it takes more than 6 weeks to settle. Try to stay calm and be careful around loud noises. Are you sleeping?

For about 4 weeks not at all. The noise would wake me up constantly. Now I'm taking NAC and magnesium and Im sleeping a bit better

@Nadia231 my spike is still fading from over three months ago. I know it's almost back to what it was, because I keep having period of almost silence. Stay strong. I believe it will fade for you. It just takes forever. X
