Yes, when my ears were vulnerable, I brought earplugs and Peltor X5A muffs with me Everywhere.
@Diesel @Bill Bauer I wear a jacket that has foam plugs in the pockets. All my coats have ear plugs too. Even though I live in a suburb, kind of in the country, there are still lots of trucks with loud mufflers, planes flying overhead, dogs barking and random noises like construction or car horns.
