Try to do that as many times as possible. (Fast) walking (possibly in the countryside) is a very beneficial activity.
I've walked throughout the pandemic 1-3 times a day. When the T and H started I walked just once a day. It helps me with anxiety.
Walking really is the best exercise and even better in nature to stave off depression! St. John's wort is a natural anti-depressant too. I try to get as much exercise as I can and find it helps me cope better. Stay strong twa!
My mom was an avid walker too, every day. I see another lady walking in my neighborhood about 3 times a day.
