Hi Steph - Thank you for dropping by .Sorry for late reply but not used to this site and functions. Only just this minute learned how to watch a thread. I dont use social media like my children so not as tech savvy as id like to think . I began following some people on here just so i can read their posts and gain some insight on reducing some of the symptoms of this awful condition.

Am feeling a little better today - but barely left the house for 2 weeks. My main concern is returning to work as i have a family that depends on me although my wife does work. That thought has given me many a sleepless night recently. I am a postman in Wales and i interact with many of my customers who i class as friends .
I am lucky that worse case scenario i will get 6 months full sick pay which then drops to half for 3 months.I have to believe that i will be able to return at some point although i will no doubt have to wear ear protection however daft that may look.
