Are you making them Regret being loud every time they are loud? If they don't respond to the incentive of not hurting you, then provide them the incentives that are strong enough to get them to snap out of it.

I have a terrible room bellow is the living room with the damn TV every fking morning drives me crazy.

I'm in exactly the same situation. I tell them constantly that they are causing me pain - let they STILL don't listen.

I'm sorry friends. I've tried everything. I've used my teacher knowledge and tried to explain what's happening from a physical point of view. I've tried explaining that we want mom to be able to heal and noise does not help the healing process. I've tried showing what is a loud noise and how normal sounds are loud. Nothing, nada, zilch.

@twa I don't know what to do anymore. Break the TV? Sue my family? I can't believe the shit I'm going through. Of course it's a Saturday where the music bellow me will FINISH ME OFF AGAIN.
