If you were recently using q-tips, there's a chance you may have compacted wax in your left ear. q-tips can push wax further back into the ear which does actually cause ringing! Please consider getting it checked.
qtip packages say do not instert in ear. ear doctors say do not use qtips. Go to wax removal please like kuromi said
