Hey, surprised you remembered me!

I have gotten relief for two days where my tinnitus went from the usual 7/10 to a ~4 but then after sleeping poorly (unless that's a coincidence) it got back to 7 again (that happened around 2 weeks ago). I then got vaccinated for COVID-19 (Moderna, 1st dose) and experienced both a spike at 8/10 and the inverse at 3/10 in the same day, unfortunately the next day it was back to 6-7.

Then two days ago, before going to the hospital, I was the closest to experiencing silence as I've ever gotten since it all started (was probably down to ~2 and I had to really look for it to notice it) but unfortunately, the bumps in the car made it worse and it hasn't gotten back to that low ever since. Pretty much back to a 6-7 again.

I still have the ear/neck/shoulder pain as well so that and the small progress makes it so I'm a bit hopeful!

What about you? Has it gotten better or changed at all?

With FX-322 not completely out of the way even with these not so great results in that last trial, I hope it'll be able to help you as yours is noise-induced

sounds definitely like an injury caused thing. My T does not change in volume at all cos its from hearing loss. I would almost recommend you to go for a massage, or some kind of physiotherapy for your neck area. Has the doctor recommended anything like this to you?

Yeah, it's planned but unfortunately everything within the surrounding 50km is full for the next months online. I called a few places as well that weren't available on the internet and got recommended to me by my doctor but they are also full and can't even provide me with a future date in months... I ordered a TENS device to try and relax my muscles myself, so I'll see how that goes!

I wish you good luck with your tinnitus, even if it's hearing loss there can still be some improvements and even success stories sometimes and I hope you'll get there!
Anniz
I really hope you get that sorted somehow. Sometimes if you're really desperate, call those places and say "please if anyone cancels, i'm ready to come whenever" etc. sometimes that works. I get cancelled times like that to places when i'm just willing enough to come at any time.

oh btw. user GamingT would probably appreciate your experiences with the covid vaccine and it's effect on T- I saw him asking loads of people who took it.

@Anniz I wanted to talk about how you talked about losing your hearing for a couple of seconds. It happened to me a couple times with a ringing sound (once or twice a month) even years before my tinnitus and it was never a big issue. It would sometimes make me feel dizzy as well but it never lead to anything bad as far as i'm aware!
