Exercise is good for tinnitus/stress! Try to find other workouts while your foot heals!

I have plantar facsiitis that flares up from time to time. I recommend massaging it out and stretching it many times per day. Massage for PF may hurt to some extent, but it is necessary, and the PF can go away given adequate massage and stretching. Avoid sitting too much, as I've found that that can exacerbate the issue.

I had that too, try wearing very cushioned shoes. It'll go away in no time.
