I would take that as a very good sign. That means there's hope for you. In my 2 years and 9 months, tinnitus hasn't gone completely silent once.

A few months ago I was having silent moments often, moments across the day and after getting out of the shower - It's less common now but I use those moments to try and stay hopeful. Hang in there!
