@twa I have a 12x12 pergola that supports some massive grape vines that I put in about 10 years ago. Many of rafters need replacing due to weathering and the vine weight. This will require miter saw and maybe circular saw work to replace.
@twa I also need to replace heavily weathered exterior trim on the East-facing side of my house. Also will require miter saw.
@Diesel sounds like you will be busy! I need to replace my chimney, I can think of many other things I'd rather spend the money on.
