Yeah. My tones constantly change. I have all sorts of sounds throughout the day, including where I just hear static sometimes. I've been having random chirps today. It's weird but none of it ever bothers me. I have new sounds come and go all the time. I don't even think about until I read a post like this. Anyway, hope you're okay? Don't let any of it stress you. <3

Same here. I normally have a low drone sound and high pitched hiss and they often change in intensity or character due to sleep (no or little sleep makes things way worse), diet (glutamate rich food & caffeine) & stress. And judging from many posts on TT concerning this issue, I think it's completely normal to have fluctuating T.

I wanted to understand if it was normal, and I already understood that it was.
But I still don't understand what the logic is for changing the sound type.
But floating like this makes getting used to it more difficult.
Today I had a good day, I was happy, and I think talking to everyone here helps :) giving everyone strength helps us to be stronger.
